Du Nguyen - B.S. PH, CPT, CNS

Du earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Science from UC Irvine in 2017. His passion for health and fitness ignited when he successfully rehabilitated a shoulder injury sustained during badminton. Post-graduation, Du chose to pursue a career in personal training, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer accredited by the National Council on Strength & Fitness.

Throughout his career, Du has trained a diverse range of clients, including desk job workers, healthcare workers, parents, athletes, and seniors. Many of Du’s clients commonly struggle with challenges such as weight loss and joint pain due to reduced mobility stemming from their work and lifestyle. These experiences have significantly influenced Du's specialized approach to training today.

Du's training system is crafted to enhance clients' movement, overall well-being, and performance, all while customizing the training to their specific goals and needs.

In his free time, Du likes to play video games, lift weights, and play pickleball. Du is also dedicated to staying current with the latest studies, acquiring new certifications, and exploring research articles. This commitment ensures he delivers the most effective training experience to his clients.
