  • CSFC - Certified Functional Strength Coach: I specialize in functional strength training, which focuses on movements that improve your everyday activities.

  • RockBlade - IASTM Practitioner: Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a technique I use to help alleviate pain and improve mobility.
