At Du More Fitness, we go beyond the "just move more" mantra. We focus on teaching you how to move and re-gain control of your body. This forms a core part of our training and applies directly to daily life, reducing your risk of injury. Mastering proper movement techniques enables you to move more effectively and safely.

FEEL

We don't adhere to the "No Pain, No Gain" idea. Feeling and pushing through pain while training is not our approach. Instead, we assess and tackle discomfort through active release technique, soft-tissue mobilization, and myofascial decompression to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and enhance post-training recovery.
